Jewel will be featured in the Def Poetry Jam on September 19th, 2001. The event is scheduled in New York, NY and will be aired on HBO later this year.
The PBR CD will be released September 25th, 2001, and will be titled "Dancin' With Thunder: The Official Music of PBR." The CD will be available through retail channels. Jewel and Ty's track is titled "Til We Run Out Of Road."
Jewel will perform at this year's Mixfest in Foxboro, MA. The concert is scheduled for September 22nd at Foxboro Stadium. Other performers include Alanis Morrisette, Nelly Furtado, Shelby Lynn, Barenaked Ladies, and Everclear. Contact Ticketmaster for more information.

I have received several requests for MP3 files. I have chosen not to include the MP3 file format because of the high quality. I want fans to purchase albums because it benefits everyone. I will continue to post Real Audio and quicktime content. I will evaluate this decision again in a few months.
The Austin City Limits featuring Jewel will air on local PBS stations. Many stations will be showing the program on Saturday, September 1, 2001 at 8:00 PM Central Time.

Recently, Jewel's management has been collecting interviews with various fans. Video was filmed at the recent Nashville Private Concert. They have also requested to interview international fans attending the upcomming event in San Diego.
VH1 has reported that a single will be released from "This Way" sometime in October. VH1 also quoted an Atlantic Records source as saying that Dan Huff (Faith Hill, Megadeth) produced most of the album. VH1 refered to some of the new tracks as "dangerous sounding."
